Important note: Check door for defects and damage immediately upon receipt.

Door must be kept dry at all times.

To reduce the risk of colour change do not store veneered and prefinished door in direct sunlight.

Polythene wrapping should remain on the door untill immediately before use.

To reduce the risk of distortion door must be stored flat on 3 level bearers.

Caution -Product May be Heavy! Please take care when lifting or handling the door.

It is made from wood and like all timber based materials it can be adversely affected by moisture.

It exposed to water or very high humidity it may discolour and distort.

Do not hang the door immediately after plastering or other wet trades.

After hanging in new houses or freshly plastered rooms the door should be left half openat all times,to allow air to circulate around it,untill the house has completely dried out.The door must not be opened so that the face of the door is near to freshly plastered wall.

To prevent the risk of exposure to very high humidity ensure that rooms are well ventilated by keeping the windows open at all times until humidity has dried out.

The door must be installed square, true and plumb and it must be hung in accordance with manufacture insructions or the architects specifications, If the door has to be trimmed to width to fit, equal amounts must be removed long edge. If the door has to be trimmed to length equal amounts must be removed from top and the bottom.

Trimming tolerance is 12 mm per side should be done equally on both sides(width-wise and height-wise).

Hinges must be used and aligned to avoid warpage.
